The short version
The policy in six quick points.
Who we are
CrushSwitch is a voice chat line for adults across metro Atlanta, reached by calling 762-462-5656. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean CrushSwitch, and “you” means anyone who calls the chat line or visits this website.
What we collect
Less than you might expect because the service is designed to need very little.
When you call the chat line
- Your phone number. Caller ID acts as your account. It identifies returning callers, connects trial or purchased minutes to the right account and keeps blocks working between calls.
- Your voice greeting. The short recording other callers browse. You may replace it by pressing 5.
- Voice messages. Private recordings sent to another caller's mailbox and held temporarily so the recipient can listen.
- Call activity. Basic records such as call start and end times, minutes used and blocked callers.
- Reports and moderation notes. Records that help the Trust and Safety team recognize repeated behavior.
If you buy minutes
- Payment details are handled by the payment processor rather than stored on CrushSwitch systems. We retain a record of the purchase and minutes added.
When you visit this website
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and visit time may be received by the web server and analytics tools.
What we do with it
We use information to operate and protect the chat line:
- Connect calls and place greetings in the Atlanta room
- Recognize returning callers and maintain accurate minute balances
- Keep blocked callers blocked
- Review reports and identify repeated behavior
- Respond to support requests
- Secure the service and prevent trial misuse
- Meet legal and accounting obligations
What we never do
- We never show your phone number to another caller.
- We do not sell personal information or provide it to advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not record live one-on-one conversations for other callers to hear.
- We do not reveal who reported or blocked a caller.
- We do not contact you outside the service unless you requested it or it is necessary for your account or payment.
Who we share with
- Service providers such as telecommunications carriers, hosting providers and payment processors receive only the information needed to provide their services.
- Legal requests. Information may be provided in response to a valid legal order.
- Protecting people. Relevant information may be shared with appropriate authorities when there is a genuine risk of serious harm.
- Business changes. Information may transfer if the service is sold or merged, subject to the applicable privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
- Greetings remain active while the service is used and are removed after extended inactivity or when replaced.
- Voice messages are held temporarily so recipients can listen and are then removed.
- Phone numbers and minute balances are retained while accounts remain active.
- Moderation records may be kept longer to identify repeated behavior.
- Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting rules.
Your choices and rights
- Change what you share. Press 5 to replace your greeting.
- Block anyone. Press 7 to remove a caller from your experience.
- Stop using the service. Stop calling and your greeting leaves the active room.
- Request access. You may ask what information is associated with your phone number.
- Request deletion. We will remove information where possible while retaining anything legally required or needed for an open safety matter.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional rights, including access, correction, deletion or objection to certain uses.
This website and cookies
The website may use a limited number of cookies and similar technologies to operate correctly and understand general traffic. These technologies are not used to build advertising profiles. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings.
Adults only
CrushSwitch is for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a caller is under 18, the account and associated information will be removed where appropriate.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information and deliberately limit what we collect. No system can guarantee perfect security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the effective date will be updated. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
