Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and CrushSwitch, which operates the Atlanta chat line and this website. By calling 762-462-5656 or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of this agreement.

Who can call

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
• You must not have been previously removed from the service by the / and Safety team.

If we learn that a caller is under 18, the account is removed and associated information is deleted where appropriate.

Your number and your account

Your phone number acts as your account. There is no username or password.

• Calls from your number are treated as calls made by you.
• Your minutes, blocks and greeting remain connected to that number.
• If you change numbers, minutes and blocks do not automatically transfer.
• An account may be suspended or closed if these terms are broken or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Free trial minutes

• New male callers receive free trial minutes on their first call. The current offer appears on the Free Trial page.
• The trial is limited to one per phone number.
• Trial time is used while recording, browsing and having live conversations.
• Using multiple numbers to claim repeat trials is prohibited.
• Women chat free on every call, so no trial clock applies to women.
• Trial amounts and availability may change. The Free Trial page shows the current offer.

Minutes, payment and refunds

• After the trial, male callers may purchase minute packages attached to their number.
• Nothing renews automatically unless a purchase explicitly states otherwise.
• Purchased minutes do not expire at the end of a calendar month.
• Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases.
• Charges from your phone carrier are separate.
• Refund requests are considered individually. Used minutes are generally non-refundable.

The house rules

When using the chat line, do not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate or abuse another caller
• Continue contacting someone who has said they are not interested
• Record, publish or share another caller's voice or confidential information
• Attempt to discover someone's identity, location, workplace or contact information without consent
• Request money, gift cards, banking details or account access
• Advertise or use the service for commercial purposes
• Impersonate someone or misrepresent your age
• Use hateful or unlawful language
• Use the service to arrange illegal activity
• Interfere with the service or misuse trial minutes

Your greeting and messages

• Your greeting and voice messages remain yours. You give CrushSwitch permission to play them to their intended recipients.
• Only record content you have the right to use.
• You may replace your greeting by pressing 5.
• Content that breaks these terms may be removed or retained when connected to a safety review.

Moderation and removal

• Press 9 to report a caller or 7 to block them.
• Reports are reviewed by a human / and Safety team.
• A caller may be warned, suspended or removed depending on the incident.
• We may act without contacting you first and may limit details to protect other callers.
• If an account is removed for violating these terms, unused minutes may be forfeited.

What the service is

CrushSwitch is a voice chat line for adults who want to meet people from metro Atlanta and have conversations.

• We do not perform identity or background checks. Use ordinary care and read the Safety and / page before meeting someone.
• There is no matchmaking algorithm. You meet callers who are currently in the room.
• This is not a crisis, counseling or emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
• We cannot guarantee every caller's conduct. Use block and report controls when needed.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement are disclaimed.

You are responsible for your interactions with other callers, both on and outside the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushSwitch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits arising from use of the service. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid to CrushSwitch during the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. You agree to indemnify CrushSwitch against claims arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Georgia, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The effective date will change when updates are made, and significant changes will be made clear. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
